The Honorable Mary Beth Long spoke at the McCain Institute’s event entitled “Is ISIS Winning?”  Ms. Long and debate partner Sebastian Gorka argued that ISIS is in fact winning, arguing that one should not model ISIS’s defeat based on its loss of territory.  Long commented that ISIS is “executing ‘third-country’ suicide bombings and executions at a rate higher than ever before.”
