The Hon. Mary Beth Long delivered the keynote address at the 2015 Emerging Leaders Workshop addressing the theme of “Diplomacy and Warfare in the 21st Century.”  The Heritage Foundation, a think tank, hosted the event for young professionals in national security and foreign policy in Washington, DC.  The event aimed to promote discussion of current national security and foreign policy issues and the exchange of solution-building ideas.
